The 2011 South Carolina Duck Stamp print features Jim Killen’s painting of a pair of Mallards and a Chocolate Labrador Retriever with a York County hunting scene. The 2011-12 print is the fifth in a series commissioned by the S.C. Migratory Waterfowl Committee from nationally acclaimed wildlife artist Jim Killen, already a seven time artist for the state’s Migratory Waterfowl Duck Stamp and Print Program program.

This offering is the 31st anniversary edition of the South Carolina Duck stamp & print series.
